Meet the Team
Holly Fields: Owner/Founder of Lollipop and Show Director

Holly is the founder of the Lollipop Youth Theatre, she decided to set up Lollipop after Graduating from University with a Honours Degree in Drama & Performance in 2015. Holly spent 4 years teaching Drama to all different ages and has directed several shows including directing a youth group in a production for the National Theatres annual competition ‘Connections’. Holly has also directed for Worcester on Stage's youth theatre and got an outstanding review for her production of Little Shop of Horrors. She has directed all of Lollipop’s shows including ‘Back to the 80’s’ ‘Oliver’ and ‘The Wizard of Oz’, The Addams Family, Footloose, Matilda and High School Musical. Not only does Holly direct but she has been performing since she was little with several different societies including West Bromwich Operatic Society Youth Theatre and Worcester Operatic Dramatic Society and The Norbury Theatre. Holly used to run Theatre workshops at both Malvern Theatres and at the Hive and has a lot of experience working with children. Holly has 8 years of vocal training and has been dancing since she was 3. Holly completed her PGCE in primary teaching last year and is a qualified teacher working full time in the classroom.
Rebecca Fearnley: Vocal Coach

Rebecca has been performing herself since the age of 14 and has appeared in many productions in the Gloucestershire & Worcestershire areas as well as at the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival. She has been a member of Worcester Gilbert and Sullivan Society for 16 years and has been lucky to perform many leading roles. She has enjoyed the challenge of helping this talented bunch of young people grow in confidence.
Ellen Fearnley: Choreographer

Ellen, as one of the original members of lollipop, is thrilled to be able to continue with them in this new role. She danced with Happy Step and Steps Academy Dance School since she was 2 years old taking classes in ballet, tap, jazz lyrical, pointe and Theatre School. She is currently studying a BA Hons in Performing arts at University of Gloucestershire and is looking forward to working with all the children and passing on her skills and knowledge.
Stacey Falconer: Choreographer

Stacey has been a parent chaperone with Lollipop for a number of years and has now joined the creative team as a choreographer. She has a background in dance; dancing since the age of 2 and completing a BA Hons degree in Dance Studies at Roehampton University, London. After graduating, Stacey worked for Dancefest, teaching various dance styles to adults and children through projects and weekly classes. Her love of teaching grew, and she completed her PGCE in Primary Education at the University of Reading. Stacey has worked as a classroom teacher for 18 years and has been involved in many school productions and dance festivals over this time
